The “Mining Frontier and Informatization & Intelligent Technology Annual Conference” will be held at the Changsha Empark Grand Hotel from May 28 to 31, 2024, under the theme “Empowering High-Quality Development of Mining with New Productive Forces.” This event is jointly organized by the Mine Informatization and Intelligence Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd., and the School of Resources and Safety Engineering at Central South University.

　 It is reported that the conference will invite several academicians and hundreds of industry experts and scholars to gather in Changsha. They will discuss five major themes: the global mining development trends under new circumstances, overall solutions for new mining infrastructure and intelligent construction, frontier technologies and equipment for intelligent mining, key technologies and equipment for intelligent mineral processing, and technologies for mine safety, environmental protection, and intelligent management. Additionally, four sub-forums will be held on intelligent ventilation and environmental protection, intelligent equipment and dispatch, industrial internet and intelligent applications, and autonomous driving and low carbon. These sessions aim to jointly explore industry technology hotspots, transformation and upgrading, and high-quality development.
